Why He Built Nabik AI
Most F-commerce shops in Bangladesh run on a Facebook Page, a phone and a notebook. The owner answers every message, writes every order by hand and chases every courier.
Sadi built Nabik AI so that a small shop could work like a large one: an AI that answers customers in Bangla, Banglish or English, takes orders, follows deliveries and learns how the shop works, while the owner stays in charge.
Background
Before Nabik AI, Sadi worked with several larger German companies, and he brings that experience of how serious software is built and run to tools made for Bangladesh. Through Auto Probaho Technology he also builds EduProbaho, school management software for Bangladeshi schools.
What He Believes
The same principles run through everything Nabik AI does.
- AI should learn the shop, not the other way round
- A person should always be able to step in
- A shop’s data belongs to the shop: never sold, never used to train AI models
- Prices should be honest, in taka, with no hidden steps
