Why We Are Called Nabik

Nabik (নাবিক) means sailor in Bangla. We chose it because running a shop on Facebook feels a lot like sailing: the weather changes without warning, the busy season arrives all at once, and a small crew has to do the work of a large one.

A good sailor does not fight the sea. They know the water, read the signs and keep the ship moving. That is what we want Nabik AI to be for a shop owner.

We build for how Bangladesh actually sells online: Facebook Pages, Messenger and WhatsApp, cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad, and couriers such as Pathao, Steadfast and RedX. Every price is in taka, the financial year runs from July to June, and the accounting follows the Mushak forms.

Nabik AI replies to your customers in Bangla, Banglish or English, matching how they write. The app’s own screens are in English, and everything your customers see, from replies to invoices, can be in their language.

When you need help, the Nabik.ai team answers from Bangladesh. Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 to 20:00 (Dhaka time). We usually answer within one working day.

What We Believe

AI should learn the shop, not the other way round. Nabik AI reads your own products, stock, orders and policies. When you correct a reply, it proposes the rule that would have made it right. The longer you run the shop, the more of the daily work it does for you.

A person should always be able to step in. Nabik AI hands a chat to your team when it is unsure, and you choose how much it does on its own, from suggesting replies to answering by itself. It is a crew member, not a replacement for you.

Your data is yours. It runs your shop and nothing else: it is never sold, never used to train AI models and never looked at by our team unless you ask for help. You can export everything at any time and delete it when you leave.
