Anything the AI does for you, such as replying to a customer, writing a caption, making an image or running an automation, is paid with AI credits. Your plan adds its credits on the 1st of every month, Dhaka time. They are used first and reset each month, so they do not roll over.
When you need more, buy a pack from Plan & Usage, from ৳100 to ৳5,000. Larger packs carry a bonus of up to 10 percent. Bought credits never expire and are used after your monthly credits. You can switch on auto top-up too.
You always see what a task cost: Plan & Usage shows your balance and a log of every task and its price. The AI Credits page lists the starting price of each kind of work.
Customer chats go to your team, marked Needs You, and you are notified. Messages keep arriving and nothing is lost. Writing, images and the assistant show a Top Up button with the price, and automations pause rather than running halfway, then continue after a top-up.
On Pro, customer replies cost 6 credits each once a month passes 300 AI-handled conversations, until the month resets. This keeps a very busy month from using credits unnoticed.
