Any staff task above 20 credits shows its estimate and waits for your confirm. Customer replies never wait.
Never Charged Twice
Every charge is recorded once per task. A task that fails before it produces anything is not charged.
Background Work Is Part Of The Task
Sorting a message, searching your knowledge and checking for duplicates are counted inside the task they serve, not billed on their own.
